Refund Eligibility
Students enrolled in Kulandro's mobile game development programs may request a refund under specific circumstances. We believe in transparency, so we've made our eligibility criteria straightforward.
Full refunds are available within the first 14 days of program enrollment if you haven't accessed more than 20% of the course materials. This cooling-off period gives you time to explore the initial content and decide if the program meets your expectations.
Partial refunds may be considered for students who need to withdraw due to documented medical emergencies, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond their control. Each case is reviewed individually with compassion and flexibility.

Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation via email.

Processing times can vary depending on your bank or financial institution. We always process approved refunds as quickly as possible, but the final timeline depends on your payment provider's policies.
For refunds exceeding AED 5,000, additional verification may be required, which could extend processing time by 2-3 additional business days. This is a standard security measure to protect both parties.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you're facing unexpected challenges that prevent you from completing your program, we're here to help find a solution that works for everyone.
Students dealing with serious illness, family emergencies, or sudden financial hardship may be eligible for extended refund consideration beyond our standard 14-day window. We review each situation with care and understanding.
Military personnel receiving deployment orders or students experiencing job loss due to company restructuring are also considered for special refund arrangements. We believe education should be accessible, not a financial burden during difficult times.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain program components cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered. This includes downloadable resources that have been downloaded, one-on-one mentoring sessions that have been completed, and certificate fees that have been processed.
Third-party software licenses or development tools purchased through our platform are subject to the vendor's refund policies, not ours. We'll help facilitate communication with these providers if needed.
Custom project work or personalized curriculum development that has been initiated cannot be refunded, as these services are tailored specifically to individual student needs and cannot be resold.
